General Shipping Information:

We make every effort to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received, our team will begin preparing your artwork for shipment. Please note that all shipping times mentioned below are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging:

Oil on canvas or cardboard artworks are delivered properly wrapped in a cardboard tube to ensure safe shipping. For oil on panel artworks, a wooden or cardboard box (depending on the size and fragility of the artwork) is provided to ensure its safety.

Rest assured that we prioritize the safety and integrity of your purchase during transit.


Shipping Times:

For customers outside of Europe, shipping time will be approximately 3 weeks.

Customers within Europe can expect their orders to arrive in approximately 2 weeks.

In Spain, shipping time will be approximately 1 week.

Order Tracking:

We understand the importance of being able to track your order and monitor its progress. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. This will allow you to stay informed about the whereabouts of your artwork throughout the shipping process.


Shipping Methods:

We utilize reliable and reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your artwork. The specific shipping method for your order will be determined based on factors such as your location, the size and weight of the item(s), and the shipping service availability.


International Customs and Duties:

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the specific customs regulations of your country. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with the customs policies applicable to your location to avoid any unexpected costs or delays.


Order Consolidation:

If you have placed multiple orders within a short timeframe, we will make every effort to consolidate them and ship them together whenever possible. This helps optimize the shipping process and minimize any potential delays or inconveniences.

Exchanges and Returns:

Prints: Each print is made to order, especially for you, so we do not accept returns due to a change of mind. However, if your print arrives damaged or with any unusual defect, we will replace it immediately. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

We also do not accept size exchanges. We recommend carefully reading the size information for each product.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Paintings: Selected paintings do not accept returns due to a change of mind. If a painting is damaged during shipping, we will ask for a quick photo or video so we can claim insurance from the carrier.

Incorrect address: If you provide an address that the courier service considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned and you will be responsible for the reshipping costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if applicable).
